What is your returns / refund policy?

In the unlikely event your order does not give the satisfaction you crave, you are entitled to return any / all items for exchange or a full refund within 30 days. All we ask is that the items are packed carefully and securely, preferably in the same (fully recyclable) packaging you received them in.

Do I need a PayPal account to purchase from this store?

No, you are not required to have a PayPal account to purchase from this store. Although if you already have a PayPal account you may use it. You can make card payments, pay by cheque or by bank transfer. Contact us for further details.

What is the delivery time after placing my order?

UK orders received before 11am (Mon-Fri) ship same day.

UK orders over £40 (ex VAT) ship via a DPD guaranteed next business day service.

UK orders under £40 (ex VAT) are sent Royal Mail first class.

For critical orders, please ensure you have confirmed a delivery deadline with us.

Can I buy via a traditional quote | P.O. | invoice system?

Yes, this accounts for 90% of our business. Drop us a line and we'll send you a quote or proforma you can pay by transfer, cheque etc.

Get in touch. We're good at samples, technical info, concept development, site visits, client meetings - those kind of things. Interior/ lighting designers and architects are responsible for about 75% of our turnover and more than half of our products began life as projects we completed together.

As well as supplying products that you respect and want to specify, we're happy to adapt them or even create new ones where necessary. We've got an uncompromising approach and we'll go a long way to make sure that a project works. We've got a great team of companies around us and we can create and supply wonderful things in glass and metal.

Wholesalers and retailers are the bedrock of the lighting industry and we go a long way to make them happy. If you've received a specification that has our products on it, or want to stock our products, drop us a line and we'll help make the process of supplying them as simple and cost-effective as possible.
